The most useful shot is one wide frame with the tree and the building in it. Add one at the base and one looking straight up the stem if you can. Keep the total under about 8 MB, so three photos rather than ten.
Distance and direction. “About 20 feet off the northwest corner, leaning toward the roof” is perfect.
Step 02

What you need

Driveway width, gate, steep bank, power lines, septic field, outbuildings, anything a truck and chipper needs to know about.
